The scope, pricing, and deliverables for each service will be defined in a separate agreement or project proposal with the client.

Clients understand that delays in providing necessary information or approvals may impact the project timeline and deliverables.
Payment Terms
Fees and Payment: Fees and payment terms for each service or project will be specified in the agreement or project proposal. Payment is due as outlined in the specific terms of each project, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in the specific terms of the agreement or project proposal, or as required by law. Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Voyd Creative and are not guaranteed.
Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest, as specified in the project agreement. If payments are delayed, Voyd Creative reserves the right to pause work on the project until payment is received in full.
Confidentiality
We value your privacy and confidentiality. Any confidential information shared between you and Voyd Creative will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Both parties agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the project, except as required by law or with mutual consent.
Termination
Termination by Client: You may terminate your agreement with Voyd Creative at any time by providing written notice. However, termination may be subject to certain fees or forfeiture as specified in the project agreement.
Termination by Voyd Creative: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website or services if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, or engage in behavior that is harmful to our business, reputation, or other clients.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our services and any content provided by Voyd Creative. Any outstanding fees or balances due must be paid in full.
Disclaimers
Voyd Creative provides its website and services "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content or services provided. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lebanon to resolve any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute with Voyd Creative, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute.
Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any unresolved dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Lebanon. Each party will bear its own costs associated with arbitration unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to These Terms
Voyd Creative reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyd Creative regarding your use of the website and services.
